I love my refrigerator. It has great features that I had been looking for and never could find in other brands. It has doors and handles that are very substantial and feel professional grade. The lighting is beautiful and perfectly balanced. I use to throw away so much for for spoilage and this refrigerator keeps my food fresher much longer

Top closer even when adjusted up, failed on an off. I added a 3/32nd teflon shim to solve the problem. That's why I gave a Four Star rating.

We have been happy with this fridge. It looks nice in our kitchen and is keeping our food cold. The ice makers make a ton of ice so we constantly have enough ice. We had to turn the temperature up a bit as things were freezing in the back of the fridge. We will see how long it lasts. It's sad that refrigerators don't last more than maybe 7 years any more.

The external water dispenser can not be shutoff from the control display. Why has this feature been omitted , models which have the internal water dispenser have a button to turn the water on and off. Can a program update add this feature. I am still giving 5 stars for performance and fit and finish.

Terrific space & convenience-- a couple of issues

After 15 years of bad refrigerators with major repair issues, we wanted our new one to be exactly what we wanted for function and performance. And this one is almost it-- the space is terrific-- plenty of room for all the things we stock with great surround lighting so nothing gets lost in the back of the fridge. The condiments and beverage spaces in the doors are flexible and deceptively roomy. We finally fit almost all of our condiments in the doors instead of using precious shelf space. And the drawers and shelves are perfect spaced for our fresh items, plus the freezer is well organized. The in-door water & ice dispensers were a must for us, and the bonus ice maker in the bottom freezer is actually very useful for scooping ice into water bottles.BUT - we've had 2 persistent issues I haven't found an answer for on the support page:1. The water/ice dispenser leaks, or drips, rather, between use so that there's always a little puddle in that space. Wiping it up with a towel works fine, but it's a pain to have to wipe it constantly-- maybe a dozen times a day.2. The doors don't align-- we've spent hours working on the adjustments on the doors, themselves, and the feet of the fridge, but nothing works-- the doors remain about 1/2" offset. The delivery guys lied to us when we first complained-- said the "weight of the condiments" would work it out. Right. Simply put, the fridge isn't build square enough for those adjustments to make a difference in the door alignment. Regardless, we're happy with the fridge and hope it'll last the next 20 years with only these issues, rather than repairs.

Only had for 1 month but so far seems to work well....Front ice and water dispenser top notch nice cubes hasn't run out yet however there are only 2 of us...excellent use of space in top section especially the doors...freezer section is okay seems a bit small could be laid out better in my opinion....I gave it 4 stars as its only been 1 month my last French door was a LG and it didn't last 5 years which is absolutely absurd for the amount of money they charge...will never own another LG appliance ever!!!

The Fridge is great. Nice size. LOVE the ice container in the freezer that continuously makes ice. We can just scoop ice from that rather than the dispenser in front. Sometimes water drips from dispenser in front after use which requires some clean-up. But overall, great value and a great fridge!

This is our second Frigidaire Pro and happy with our choice. The interior of the refrigerator has plenty of room. So, far the temperature is even throughout and not freezing the items in the back. The water dispenser is not as good as our previous. The ice cube comes out at an odd angle so they miss the glass. Overall we are happy with our purchase.

Cabinet damage - Not a reflection on long term reliability

My refrigerator came with doors rubbing against each other and a damage to the door hinge/cabinet, which is causing the condensation inside the refrigerator. I am in touch with customer service and they are sending a technician to verify first technician's finding. Hope this gets fixed or replaced soon! Keeping my fingers crossed (paid a lot of $$ did not expect any issue)

When our refrigerator was delivered 3 weeks ago the guys had to take extra time to remove our old one and implied they didn't know they were supposed to level the new one and they were late for other deliveries, so my husband said he would do it (he has lots of experience in leveling appliances). After 3 hours of adjusting and adjusting and adjusting some more, we came to the conclusion it couldn't be done without it having a severe rock. It acts as though there is a leveling foot missing from the back, but we didn't see a problem. Husband had to use rubber wedges to get it to be solid and still be level and plumb. Then for some reason the ice maker wouldn't make more than just a few ice cubes and then stopped. I finally figured out that the ice was piling up in one spot and setting off the "full" sensor. After shaking it around and twisting the auger and pushing it hard into place it decided to work. Then the air filter cover fell off for the 3rd time. The cover locks into place without a filter in it, but once you insert the filter (I'm using the one that came with it) it just wouldn't lock at the top and just falls off. Right now it is being held in place with packing tape. I have contacted the dealer and they said they will send someone down to check everything out. We shall see. One thing I didn't even mention was that the water from the dispenser doesn't seem to be very cold. I may just have to live with that. I have a Fridgidaire induction range and so far I am satisfied with it, but not sure I made the right choice with this fridge. Way too expensive to be having these ridiculous picky, annoying problems at only 3 weeks. Other than that it seems to be working ok. Just keeping my fingers crossed it isn't a big problem.

There are really sharp (clips) under the edge of the shelves that cover the crisper drawers. Open the drawer and run your hand right under the edge of the shelf. Be careful. Don™™t get cut like I did

After nearly a half-century, we were sad to replace our 40plus year old refrigerator which had done great service (a Brave Little Toaster Moment) but the new one is a whole century of technology better. Being able to control the different temperature and humidity of food storage areas is a terrific improvement. The insulated doors and the seal enabling just one side to open at a time saves so much energy, thank you! The freezer holds a ridiculously HUGE amount of food and it's easy to find food with the extra door (totally brilliant). The lighting lights everything--no more forgotten treasures in the back.We are so happy with it (and don't worry, the old one is in the garage awaiting Christmas parties).

Items in the back of the right Crisp Seal Plus tend to freeze, even though they are about 5" below the lowest air ports.The whining when the ice makers kick in is irratating.Love the quantity of ice that is made.The overall appearance of the Refrigerator is quite nice. Especially the door and drawer handles. The height of the water/ice dispenser is terrific. Lastly the interior white color is so much better to see items.

So far the fridge has been good. The ice maker in the freezer take quite a while (like 2 weeks) to make enough ice to fill the bin. Also, if you want to fill a cup with water you will be standing there for a good minute or longer depending on the size. even with 60 PSI water pressure in the house the water dispenser is really slow flowing.

While there is more room, I still lose an ice cube or two when I use the in-door dispenser. Pretty good layout. Seems to be a lot of room in the doors. Only a month in. We™™ll see if I can get better with the door thing. Love that you can read the dispenser no trolls. Our old fridge required that you bend down and take off your glasses to read.
