However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (508) 548-8179 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

  • Should you require re-delivery due to appliance not fitting, water hoses frozen, water shut off valve frozen, waterline/plumbing or gas not disconnected an added delivery charge will apply.
  • Standard in-home delivery refers to first and second floor deliveries with appropriate access.
  • Crane Appliance will unplug refrigerators, electric dryers and electric ranges from electrical outlet for removal.
  • Crane Appliance personnel will not disconnect or connect any gas appliances, disconnect waterlines to icemakers, refrigerators or dishwashers. We also cannot disconnect over the range and built in microwaves.
  • Based on Massachusetts State Law we cannot disconnect hardwired and installed electrical appliances.
  • Crane Appliance cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the removal of old appliances.
  • Crane Appliance will install electric appliances to existing outlets. Installation refers to washers, dryers, electric freestanding ranges and refrigerators. Installation of anti-tip device is available, to be done by outside contractor at an additional charge.
  • Be aware it is a fire hazard to install dryer vent to plastic duct, we will not connect the dryer if this exists.
  • Crane Appliance will not remove any old appliance laden with grease, oil or pests of any type.
  • Crane Appliance will relocate your old appliances within the home for an additional charge.
  • If Crane Appliance has to remove the refrigerator doors to provide clearance for entry or exiting of your home, a labor charge will be assessed.


  • Please allow a 14-business day lead time to schedule a delivery.
  • We require a 24-hour notice of any changes to your address, phone number, sales order or to reschedule your delivery for another available day.
  • If a message was left on your contact phone regarding your delivery time frame, please contact the dispatch office at 508-928-7032 to confirm that you are aware.
  • Verify specifications and measure existing openings to be sure new appliance will fit.
  • Measure all doors, hallways and staircases to assure that your appliances will fit. Our delivery team cannot alter or remove doors, door trim or moldings on your home.
  • To protect your property and our delivery personnel, we require safe access into your home. Please make sure that all paths and walkways are clear of snow, ice and debris.
  • Problems or damage to your property caused by our delivery team must be reported to our delivery drivers at the time of delivery.
  • Any delivery deemed unsafe to your property or our delivery team will not be performed. This may require a third party to hoist the appliances into the home at an additional expense to you.
  • Securing a rebate if applicable for your purchase is the customers responsibility. Crane Appliance will strive to assist the customer by providing rebate forms and invoice copies.
  • The customer or an authorized person must confirm all products were delivered in perfect condition free of damage and a signature will be required. All authorized persons must be 18 years or older.


  • All opened or uncrated appliances, factory sealed hoods, trim kits, panels, accessories, grills and grill accessories cannot be returned, including products that do not fit.
  • As a courtesy any special-order item or uncrated item will be taken back and resold on consignment only.
  • Full refunds will be issued on all in-stock items prior to pick-up or delivery and are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Items deemed returnable by management are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Refunds will be issued by the original form of payment excluding payments made by cash. If you paid by cash or check, please allow 10 business days for check refund.
  • If merchandise is received defective or damaged, the defect or damage must be reported at time of delivery or pickup of merchandise by calling Crane Appliance Customer Care: Customer Care 508-564-4806 x1002
  • If you experience the product not functioning properly a trained technician is required to be dispatched on site to properly evaluate the appliance.
  • If service is required at any time please call to schedule a service call with one of our Customer Care Specialists.


In order to best serve our customers, we request that you pick up your merchandise within 5 days of being notified of availability.

Based on the size of the appliance, pick-ups are available at all locations.


We do not provide shipping direct to consumer. Items must be picked up, or scheduled for local delivery. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order.
